Take a plublic green bus from talasao to thadeua 25 minute. 10 minute each bus and bus will drop you nfornt of brigde. Cost will cheap only 6.000 laos kip. you will get a stamp at laos border check point to enter to Nongkhai thailand. Actually now there are 3 bus satation in xiengkhouang. 1/Ban Goi bus station daily morning and night bus  bus leaving to vientiane, Luangprabang and northern of Laos.2/ Phoukham bus and Mini van station bus daily leaving to Vientiane by road D1 south to paksan and trun to vientiane. Mini van leaving to luangprabang and Vangvieng morning 8:30Am. 3/ Boumixay south Bus station there are morning and night bus run to vientiane and some province of southern Laos.
